Trauma and Recovery

Jacobi Medical Center is a Level 1 Trauma Center. When patients are discharged after traumatic injuries, they need consistent follow-up care for pain management, physical therapy, and primary care monitoring. Moses Medical provides this continuity.

Shared Specialties

Our partnership focuses on primary care follow-up, pain management for post-surgical and post-trauma patients, and physical therapy referrals. Jacobi handles the acute care; we handle the long-term recovery and wellness.
