Dr. Michael O'Brien

Dr. Michael O’Brien is a board-certified podiatrist who has spent over a decade treating foot and ankle conditions in the Bronx, from diabetic foot care and wound prevention to bunion correction and sports injuries. He graduated from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and completed his surgical residency at St. Barnabas Hospital, where he gained extensive experience with the podiatric complications that are alarmingly common in communities with high rates of diabetes and vascular disease. Dr. O’Brien takes a proactive approach, working with primary care providers and endocrinologists at Moses Medical Center to catch foot problems before they become surgical emergencies. His patients appreciate his straightforward manner and his dedication to keeping them on their feet, literally and figuratively.
