Vikram Nair

On any given day, Vikram might evaluate a teenager’s cystic acne in one room and consult on a Botox plan in the next. He works alongside Dr. Al-Hassan in the dermatology practice, handling medical and cosmetic cases with equal precision. Growing up in a Kerala family in Queens gave him something most dermatology training does not: years of seeing how eczema, hyperpigmentation, and keloids actually look on brown skin before ever opening a textbook. He trained at Touro College’s PA program and focused his clinical rotations on closing that gap between textbook dermatology and real-world skin of color.
