Step one: your provider orders the test during your visit. Step two: you walk down the hall to the lab. Step three: results come back within 24 to 48 hours and your provider reviews them, often before you need a separate follow-up.

The on-site CLIA-certified lab at Moses Medical runs complete blood counts, comprehensive metabolic panels, lipid profiles, A1C, thyroid panels, urinalysis, STI screening, and drug screening. For patients managing diabetes, hypertension, or thyroid disorders, this means routine monitoring happens during the same appointment as your provider visit instead of requiring a separate trip to an outside lab.

Walk-in lab draws are available during business hours for patients with existing orders. Fasting bloodwork is best scheduled in the morning.

Where is Moses Medical located?

We are located at 871B Westchester Ave, Bronx, NY 10459, in the heart of the Bronx. We are easily accessible by the 2 and 5 subway lines (Simpson St station) and multiple bus routes including the Bx4, Bx4A, and Bx19.

What are your office hours?

We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on weekends and major holidays. For urgent medical needs outside of business hours, please visit your nearest emergency room or call 911.

What languages do you speak at the office?

Our providers and staff speak English, Spanish, Bangla, and Hindi. We believe every patient deserves to communicate comfortably with their doctor in the language they feel most at home in.

Are you accepting new patients?

Yes, we are always accepting new patients. You can book your first appointment online through our website, call us at (646) 741-2111, or walk in during office hours. We recommend scheduling in advance so we can have your paperwork ready.

Which hospitals are you affiliated with?

Our providers have admitting privileges at St. Barnabas Hospital, Lincoln Medical Center, and Jacobi Medical Center. If you need hospital-level care, your Moses Medical provider can coordinate your admission and follow up with you after discharge.
