Join us for a free blood pressure screening event at Moses Medical. Our cardiology and primary care teams will provide:

• Free blood pressure readings with immediate results

Who Should Attend

This event is open to all community members. It’s especially valuable if you:

• Haven’t had your blood pressure checked in the past year
• Have a family history of heart disease or high blood pressure
• Are over 40 years old
• Have diabetes, are overweight, or smoke

What to Bring

• Your insurance card (if you have one, no insurance required)
• A list of any medications you currently take
• Questions for our providers

No Insurance? No Problem.

This screening is completely free. If follow-up care is needed, Moses Medical accepts most insurance plans including Medicaid and Medicare. We also help uninsured patients connect with coverage options.
