Our Partnership with Lincoln Medical Center
Moses Medical and NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln work together to ensure Bronx patients receive seamless care from primary visits through specialist referrals and hospital services.
How the Referral Works
When your care at Moses Medical requires hospital-level services (advanced imaging, inpatient procedures, or emergency follow-up), we coordinate directly with Lincoln Medical Center. Your records, history, and treatment plans transfer with you so nothing gets lost between facilities.
Shared Specialties
Our partnership covers cardiology consultations, general surgery referrals, and radiology services. If you need a procedure that goes beyond our outpatient capabilities, Lincoln Medical Center is our first referral destination for patients in Mott Haven, Melrose, and Longwood.
For Patients
You don’t need to do anything special to benefit from this partnership. When a referral is appropriate, your Moses Medical provider will coordinate the handoff, schedule your appointment, and ensure follow-up care returns to our office.
